Shikha Sharma

Shikha Sharma is a board member at IIM Lucknow. Shikha was previously a senior executive human resources at Firstsource from June 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were a summer intern at Marsh McLennan from May 2020 to July 2020. Shikha also interned at Parikrma Humanity Foundation from February 2020 to February 2020 and at Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from June 2017 to July 2017.

Shikha Sharma has a PGDM in Human Resource and Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Bangalore. Shikha also has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University. Shikha is certified in French language from Delhi University.
