Annis Roberts

Annis Roberts is a Lead Case Specialist in Community Services at the International Institute of New England, with a focus on supporting refugee families through case management and community services. Annis supervises and trains case specialists, maintains an individual client caseload, and coordinates services aimed at achieving self-sufficiency for clients. Previous roles include case specialist and intern at the same organization, as well as administrative and logistical positions at Occidental College, Refugees in Towns, and various other institutions. Annis holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College, and an Associate's degree from North Central Michigan College. Extensive experience in event planning and community engagement complements Annis's strong background in refugee services and social integration efforts.
