Annis Roberts is a Lead Case Specialist in Community Services at the International Institute of New England, with a focus on supporting refugee families through case management and community services. Annis supervises and trains case specialists, maintains an individual client caseload, and coordinates services aimed at achieving self-sufficiency for clients.
