Mary Beth Rohlf, SPHR has a diverse work experience in human resources. Mary Beth started their career at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City as a Sr. Director of Marketing, where they successfully implemented volunteer recruitment strategies and campaigns. Mary Beth then moved on to The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, where they worked as a Manager of Volunteer Services and later as a Manager of Human Resources. In these roles, they managed volunteer programs and oversaw various HR functions. Most recently, Mary Beth served as the Chief People Officer at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City, where they were responsible for developing and executing the organization's human resource strategy. In this role, they implemented and supervised all aspects of HR, including recruiting, training, compensation, employee engagement, and communication.

Mary Beth Rohlf, SPHR, holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the same institution. Mary Beth has also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in February 2018. Additionally, they have certifications as an Approved Mediator from The Supreme Court of the State of Kansas, and holds certifications in PHR and SHRM-CP from HR Certification Institute - HRCI and SHRM, respectively.
