The IISc Foundation seeks to support the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in its drive towards global excellence. It is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit established by volunteer alumni to raise funds from alumni, philanthropists & donors in the US. The Foundation's mission is to increase global awareness about India's #1 research institution. It provides donors, alumni and philanthropists in the US a platform to support exciting and futuristic new initiatives at IISc.
