Dinesh Gulati has a strong and diverse work experience. Dinesh started their career in 1987 as an intern at the NYC Department of Education. Dinesh then worked as a Software Engineer at Kassoy Automated Solutions and as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Sbarro.

In 1991, they joined Le Vian as the VP of Management Information Systems before moving on to J.P. Morgan as a Managing Consultant in 1994.

In 1995, Dinesh joined IIT Inc. as the Managing Director and CEO, where they led the delivery of IT Projects Consulting, IT Staffing, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) services. Dinesh provided thought leadership in IT and Business strategy and built and mentored talented teams.

In 2020, they founded PPPGuides, focusing on helping US Small Businesses maximize their forgiveness dollars from the SBA's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans. But left in 2021.

In 2023, they co-founded Uplift-You.org, an organization that offers free training, tutoring, and education to help individuals in areas such as English, Computer Basics, Entrepreneurship, and Career Counseling.

Dinesh Gulati pursued their education in a chronological manner. Dinesh started by taking classes towards a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 1985 and 1986. However, they transferred to Stony Brook University in 1986 and completed their Bachelor's Degree with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration from 1986 to 1989. Later, in 1995 and 1996, they attended Century University to take classes towards a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance. Finally, in 2016, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for the QuantumShift program, a co-sponsored program by KPMG that targeted Entrepreneurial Leadership at the Zell Lurie Institute.
