Tran Phuong

Tran Phuong is currently serving as a Program Manager at Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tran Phuong held the position of Regulatory Reform Technical Assistance Manager/Advisor at the USAID Linkages for Small and Medium Enterprises (LinkSME) Project managed by IESC from May 2022 to May 2023. Tran Phuong worked as an Economist/Policy Analyst at Economica Vietnam from October 2019 to May 2022 and was a Teaching Assistant at Yokohama National University for a brief period in 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Assistant at Yachiyo Engineering Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan (September 2015 - August 2016) and as a Teaching Assistant at the International University of Japan (September 2014 - January 2015). Tran Phuong holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from Yokohama National University (2016 - 2019), a Master of Arts in Public Management and Policy Analysis from the International University of Japan (2013 - 2015), and two Bachelor's degrees in International Finance and International Economics from Foreign Trade University (2009 - 2012 and 2007 - 2011, respectively).
