Nicole Lam

Nicole Lam is an accomplished HR professional with a diverse background in talent management, coaching, and HR advisory roles. Currently serving as an HR Advisor at IJbouw BV since August 2020, Nicole also operates Bizcover, focusing on discovering and developing unique talents through coaching and training since September 2018.
