Jim Pingel, MPA, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in project management, data integration, and business architecture, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Data Integration Solutions at Mission Critical Partners. With a strong focus on justice and homeland security, Jim has successfully implemented large-scale integration projects utilizing national standards like NIEM and GRA. Additionally, Jim is the Chair of the CJIS Advisory Committee at the IJIS Institute, providing valuable insights to industry and government leaders on information sharing programs related to the FBI's CJIS Division. Prior roles include Project/Account Manager at URL Integration, NIEM Business Development Manager at Sypherlink, and various leadership roles in justice information sharing initiatives within Wisconsin. Jim holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
