Kathy Gattin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and system development within the criminal justice field. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the IJIS Institute since March 2013, Kathy oversees the development of a data standard that enhances data collection and compliance with legislation such as the National Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
