Kathy Gattin

Kathy Gattin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and system development within the criminal justice field. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the IJIS Institute since March 2013, Kathy oversees the development of a data standard that enhances data collection and compliance with legislation such as the National Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). Previous roles include Vice President at Tetrus, where Kathy expanded justice-related business practices, and earlier positions with the IJIS Institute and Arkansas Department of Correction, focusing on victim notification systems and offender management information. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
