Jocelyn Teh

Jocelyn Teh has experience in various roles in the field of human resources. Jocelyn is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at IJM Corporation Berhad and the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at IJM Land Berhad, both starting in 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Emerald Director at an unspecified company from April 2017 to March 2020. Before that, they worked at MRCB as the General Manager of Human Resources from December 2014 to March 2017. Jocelyn also had a long tenure at S P Setia Berhad, where they held different roles such as Senior Manager of Recruitment & Selection from January 2014 to November 2014, Senior Manager of GHR Support Centre from July 2013 to December 2013, and Manager of GHR Support Centre from June 2000 to June 2013.

Jocelyn Teh completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at the National University of Malaysia from 1996 to 1999. Jocelyn also pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Organisational Behaviour at the same university during the same period.
