Andrea Broedelet

Andrea Broedelet is an experienced professional currently serving as a Reïntegratie Coach at IJmond Werkt! since October 2020. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at Gemeente Amsterdam, stadsdeel Zuidoost from October 2013 to September 2020 as a Stadsdeelregisseur/Informatiemakelaar for the Treiteraanpak, focusing on protecting victims of intimidation and addressing disturbing behavior. Additionally, Andrea has experience as a Medewerker Meldpunt Zorg & Overlast, bridging communication between citizens facing complex issues and healthcare providers. Between July 2012 and October 2013, Andrea operated as an HR Consultant at HRREPUBLIC, advising on organizational change and personnel policies. Earlier roles include Project Manager & Account Assistant at Hot Networkz and Verzorger/begeleider at Stichting Eigenwijs. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Sociology - Migration and Ethnic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Stadssociologie from the University of Amsterdam.
