Gerard Dyson

Gerard Dyson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in engineering and executive management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at IKAD ENGINEERING PTY LTD since February 2025, Gerard previously held the role of Managing Director at Spectur from April 2019 to February 2025, where contributions focused on advancing IoT and surveillance solutions. With a solid background at Advisian, Gerard was Managing Director overseeing the Americas, and earlier played pivotal roles at WorleyParsons, including Group Managing Director for Infrastructure and Regional Director for Asia & Middle East. Gerard's earlier career included key positions at WorleyParsons Canada, Coffey Geosciences, and John Holland Construction. Gerard holds multiple degrees from The University of Western Australia and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
