Kevin Chao

Kevin Chao has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Kevin started their career at Taiwan Cement Corporation as an HR Assistant in 2012.

Kevin then worked as an HR Specialist at eslite 誠品, where they focused on attendance tracking management, analysis of attendance and human data, and recruitment. Kevin was involved in the Management Associate project.

Kevin then moved on to Hongguali Hotel Group as an HR Supervisor, where they successfully recruited and managed a team for a new restaurant project, handled internships, and executed social and group insurance policies.

After that, they worked as an HRBP/C&B Supervisor at Dairy Farm Group, where they served as an HRBP for JASONS and Supply Chain Distribution. Kevin also managed recruitment for new JASONS Market Place stores and engaged in the Management Associate program.

Kevin then joined BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd, where they held two positions: HRBP and Special Assistant to the Regional GM. As an HRBP, they tracked training performances, controlled labor costs, and implemented policies. As a special assistant, they focused on leading a new F&B brand and achieved store performance supervision and P&L analysis.

In their most recent role at iKala, Kevin has held various HR positions, including Assistant HR Manager, HR Manager, and currently as the HR & Admin Manager. Kevin is responsible for managing HR and administrative functions within the company.

Kevin Chao pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources and Public Relations from Da-Yeh University. Kevin attended the university from 2011 to 2013.
