Louis Yao is a seasoned professional in cloud services and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Cloud Services at iKala since August 2021. With a strong focus on business management and market promotion, Louis leads a sales team in achieving sales targets, expanding new client relationships, and enhancing customer conversion rates. Prior roles at iKala include Sales Director and Senior Sales Manager, where Louis specialized in cloud solutions and drove business development efforts. Louis previously held the position of Sales Director at UNIEAT CO., LTD., developing customer relations and analyzing sales data to meet company goals. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of 創之有限公司, Louis contributed to operational planning and management. Louis began a career in system planning at 鼎新電腦股份有限公司, focusing on sales and marketing strategies. Louis holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Kun Shan University.
