Mert Şenyurt

Mert Şenyurt has diverse work experience in the customer service and retail industry. Mert is currently working as a Customer Success Specialist at ikas since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Decathlon Türkiye, where they held various positions. From October 2020 to December 2022, they served as a Sports and Team Leader. Before that, they worked as a Sports Leader from August 2018 to October 2020. Mert started their career at Decathlon Türkiye as a Sales Assistant in June 2017, and has held the same position in July-September 2015 and June-September 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Decathlon Turkey in July-October 2011.

Mert Şenyurt obtained their bachelor's degree from Bülent Ecevit University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Mert pursued their education at this institution from 2012 to 2018.
