Pernille Dernburg Petersen

Pernille Dernburg Petersen currently serves as a Udviklingskonsulent at Ikast-Brande Kommune since September 2018, leading the erantis project aimed at enhancing self-determination and involvement for citizens and staff in home care and nursing. Additionally, Pernille holds experience as a Frivillighedskoordinator, coordinating various voluntary activities in health and elder care, as well as contributing to the boligsociale project Fælles Fremtid på Tværs. Prior to this, a role as a Freelance specialist at UserTribe involved conducting qualitative behavior analyses on user navigation for websites and apps. An internship at 3D Vækst provided exposure to the startup phase of HR services. Pernille's educational background includes ongoing studies in Diplom i ledelse at VIA University College and Aarhus Universitet, as well as degrees in Læring og forandringsprocesser and Sociologi from Aalborg University.
