Thomas Østergaard is a council member at Ikast-Brande Kommune. Thomas was previously a teacher's assistant at Ikast Østre Skole from August 2019 to June 2020. Thomas was also a pædagogmedhjælper at Børnehaven Prærien from August 2018 to August 2019. From January 2013 to December 2019, they were a medhjælper at A.P. Auto og Maskinværksted, where they were responsible for external communication, including news emails and Facebook. Thomas has also done ad-hoc office and workshop tasks as needed.
Thomas Østergaard has a degree in Statskundskab from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University. Thomas also has a degree in Marketing og innovation from Handelsgymnasiet Ikast-Brande. Thomas has also attended Nøvlingskov Efterskole, where they studied 9. og 10. klasse.
