Patrick Trutwein

Patrick Trutwein has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG since June 2016. Prior roles at IKB include Head of Operations, Programs and Transformation and Head of Corporate Development. Before joining IKB, Patrick held the position of Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from September 2009 to June 2016, and Vice President at Deutsche Bank from 2003 to 2009. Patrick Trutwein earned a Doctorate in Financial Markets from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht between 2007 and 2010 and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Banking & Finance and International Management from the same institution from 1999 to 2003.
