Andy Cerika

Andy Cerika has a strong background in business administration and finance, with experience in various roles at IKEA, including Country Retail Management Assistant and Deputy Sales Manager. Andy also has experience in project coordination and management, including roles at Agder fylkeskommune and Trainee Sør AS. Additionally, Andy has a degree in Business Administration and completed an Executive Programme in Finance at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Currently, Andy is serving as an Ikea Foundation Ambassador, focusing on improving the lives of vulnerable children and families.
