Anne-Laure Mauran

Anne-Laure Mauran, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources with a focus on enhancing People and Culture processes across multiple regions, particularly in the Americas. At IKEA since October 2007, key roles include Market Area People and Culture Manager for the East region, where coordination across HR functions and management of regional needs are prioritized. Previously as People & Culture Project Leader, responsibilities encompassed the establishment of the Mexico office and development of HR procedures in the Americas. Additional roles highlight significant contributions to talent management, diversity and inclusion, and HR compliance. Anne-Laure holds degrees in Human Resources Management from Baruch College and IGS-RH, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
