Hannah de Jong currently serves as General Counsel of the Inter IKEA Group, overseeing the Legal & Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Audit functions. Hannah is an active member of the management team and holds board positions with Inter IKEA Systems B.V. and Social Entrepreneurship B.V. Previously, Hannah has occupied key legal roles at companies such as Unilever, Talpa Network, and the Nederlandse Energie Maatschappij, showcasing expertise in corporate law, governance, privacy, and compliance. With a solid educational foundation from Leiden University and Sciences Po, Hannah focuses on fostering organizational frameworks and empowering cross-functional collaboration to effectively address regulatory challenges.
