Jan van Helvoort

Jan van Helvoort has extensive experience in people operations and talent acquisition, having held significant leadership roles at prominent organizations. At IKEA from January 2019 to March 2021, Jan served as People Operations Transformation Change Leader and Org Design Lead in Sweden, as well as Project Manager for People & Culture Operations in Sweden and India. Prior to IKEA, Jan worked as HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at Tommy Hilfiger and held multiple positions at Nike, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Employee Relations Advisor. Jan began a career in management as a Floor Manager at Café-Restaurant Amsterdam B.V. and possesses a degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
