Kimberly Madeya

Kimberly Madeya is an accomplished interior design professional with over 13 years of experience in the retail and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Country Interior Design Leader at IKEA since November 2012, Kimberly has adeptly managed teams of 15+ individuals across various roles, focusing on strategic planning, project management, and developing competencies within teams. Previous positions include Regional Interior Design Specialist, Interior Design Manager, and Merchandising Specialist at IKEA, as well as experience at Brandywine Design as an Interior Designer Project Manager and at Minima as an Interior Design Sales and Project Manager. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Thomas Jefferson University and has furthered education in the field through American InterContinental University.
