Lyke Balledux

Lyke Balledux has extensive experience in human resources, primarily with Ingka Group where roles have included P&C Operations Manager, Global HR Business Partner, HR Specialist Talent for All, HR Manager, and HR Adviseur since December 2008. Prior to this, Balledux worked as a Manager/HR Professional at Kindercentrum Vandaag from September 2004 to November 2008, and held psychologist positions at Arbeid en Psyche and OCA in 2006-2007. Early career experience includes intercedente roles at Tempo Team from 2000 to 2002. Balledux holds a Master's degree from the University of Amsterdam (1999-2005) and completed earlier education at Rijnlands Lyceum and Nutsschool.
