Magdalena Kaput

Magdalena Kaput is an accomplished legal and data protection professional currently serving as the Head of Information Security and Data Privacy at IKEA since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading information security initiatives and ensuring compliance with Swiss regulations. Prior to this, Magdalena held several key positions at Oriflame Cosmetics from April 2011 to December 2023, including Legal Director for CIS & Europe and Global Data Protection Officer, where duties encompassed providing legal direction for multiple subsidiaries, managing legal operations, and developing comprehensive data protection programs.
