Marianne Behrentz

Marianne Behrentz currently serves as the People & Culture Market Area Manager at IKEA since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading People & Culture managers and representing this function on all unit boards within the country. Previous roles at IKEA include People & Culture Manager for the Service Office and People and Culture Service Manager, emphasizing strategic alignment and execution of HR activities. Prior to joining IKEA, Marianne worked in HR roles at Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas, focusing on HR simplification projects and serving as a business partner. Marianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from BI Norwegian Business School and completed the International Baccalaureate at Stiftelsen Lundsbergs Skola.
