Marta Bochniewicz has extensive experience in research and insights analysis across various sectors. Serving as a Specialist at WYG PSDB from November 2009 to May 2014, Marta contributed to over 50 evaluations of EU-funded programs, focusing on research methodology design and data collection. Following a brief tenure as a Trainee at Pentor Research International, Marta held multiple roles at IKEA Group, including Brand Equity Insights Leader and Insights Analyst, where responsibilities included creating actionable insights and supporting strategic decision-making. As a Senior Specialist at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Marta provided analytical support for EU program negotiations. Currently, as Insights & Foresight Leader at IKEA, Marta develops research frameworks leveraging emerging technologies. Marta holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Rzeszow and a Postgraduate degree in Computational Methods in Social Research from the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology, along with additional education in Swedish Language and Culture.
