Martijn van Laar

Martijn van Laar has extensive experience in retail logistics, having worked at IKEA Group since January 2001 in various roles including Retail Logistics Sales Supply Specialist, Project Implementation Leader, Manager Sales and Supply Support, Teamleader Replenishment, and Goods Flow Specialist. Responsibilities have included coordinating the Self Serve Warehouse rebuild at IKEA Utrecht, implementing the new Kitchen system METOD, volume-based planning, and sales space management. Prior to IKEA, Martijn van Laar worked at Albert Heijn from 1998 to 2005 as a co-worker in emballage. Martijn van Laar holds a degree from Delft University of Technology, earned between 1993 and 2004.
