Pawel Bechcinski

Pawel Bechcinski is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across various industries. Since February 2018, Bechcinski has held multiple key roles at IKEA Retail, including Country People and Culture Manager and HR Director, as well as roles in the Service Office and call centers.
