Varun Nagalia

Varun Nagalia possesses extensive experience in digital workplace, HR technology, and intelligent automation, currently serving as Global VP for Digital Workplace and HR Tech at IKEA, with previous roles in HR Tech and Services leadership. Prior to IKEA, Varun held the position of Global Director of HR Systems and Employee Experience Applications at Unilever, as well as roles in managing employee experience platforms and digital employee experience initiatives. Varun's career also includes significant contributions at GE Healthcare and GE, where roles ranged from Regional Infrastructure Leader to participation in the Information Management Leadership Program. Varun began their career at EXL as a Technical Support Executive. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Delhi University.
