Youming

Youming Ma is an experienced professional in the fields of information security, IT resilience, and crisis management. Currently serving as the Lead IT Resilience & Crisis Management and Information Security Leader at IKEA since October 2022, Youming Ma oversees global IT resilience efforts and crisis management for the Inter IKEA Group, focusing on collaboration and implementation of disaster recovery capabilities. Prior to IKEA, Youming Ma held the position of Group CISO GIAM senior expert at ING, leading an identity and access management improvement program across multiple entities. Additional roles include Senior Consultant Cyber Security at Deloitte, where Youming Ma specialized in IAM assessments and training, as well as positions in procurement and sourcing at The Kraft Heinz and Danone. Youming Ma's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, and two master's degrees in Business Information Management and a Bachelor’s in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
