Abdulwasiu Omotayo

Abdulwasiu Omotayo is an experienced Operations and Maintenance Officer at Ikeja Electric, where responsibilities include developing data dashboards with Power BI and supervising a 15-member team recognized as the best Fault Clearing Crew in 2019. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Maintenance Engineer at Huawei Technologies, focusing on meter database management and troubleshooting SOPs, and teaching Mathematics and Basic Science during National Youth Service. Additional experience includes IT support at Power Holding Company of Nigeria and an internship at Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company, gaining insights into crude oil refining and HSE practices. Abdulwasiu is currently pursuing a Remote Full Stack Web Development Program at Microverse, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ilorin.
