Nepo Pholo

Nepo Pholo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nepo began their career as a Home Loan Advisor at Standard Bank Group in 2001 and then joined Absa Group in 2003, where they continued as a Home Loan Advisor. In 2005, they transitioned to OUTsurance as a Customer Service Advisor.

Pholo joined The South African Breweries (SAB) in 2006, starting as an Account Manager in the Isando District and later being promoted to Key Accounts Manager, where they managed relationships with group accounts in the Off-Premise channel. Nepo then became a Sales Team Leader in the Isando District and subsequently an On-Premise Sales Manager in the Soweto District, responsible for developing a sales plan for the competitive Soweto market. Pholo then moved to the JHB Central District as a Sales Manager and On-Premise Sales Manager, focusing on sales volume growth and market share expansion in key areas.

In 2020, Pholo joined Selpal as a Field Operations Regional Manager, overseeing a team of supervisors and field representatives to drive growth in virtual sales and supply chain sales. Currently, they are employed as a Regional Manager at Ikeja, a position they started in 2021.

Throughout their career, Pholo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on achieving sales targets.

Nepo Pholo attended Greenside High School from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they obtained a Matric Exemption and studied English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, Science, Biology, and Geography.
