Matthew O'Donnell, CPA is a Senior Manager in SEC Reporting at Ikena Oncology. Prior to their current role, Matthew held positions as a Senior Technical Accountant at The RMR Group and as a Senior Assurance Associate at PwC. With experience in audit engagements, technical accounting considerations, and client relationships, Matthew brings a strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB auditing standards, FASB, SEC reporting, and SOX control design and implementation. Matthew also has a Master's degree in Accounting/MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
