Valdir A. has over 30 years of work experience in finance and audit. Valdir is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ikesaki Oficial since January 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director at IBS Consulting & Business Audit starting from April 2007. Valdir also worked as a Partner at Grant Thornton Brasil Auditores Independentes from October 2015 to September 2016. Before that, they served as a Director at Valetec Capital from 2008 to 2011 and as the Director of structured finance transactions at FIRB - Financial Investor Relations Brasil from November 2007 to August 2008. Valdir began their career as an Assurance Senior at Deloitte in August 1989 and later became an Assurance and Advisory Services Partner at BDO Trevisan, where they worked from March 1994 to November 2006.

Valdir A. pursued their education with FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. From 2018 to 2022, they earned an MSc in Financing and Controlling, focusing on the field of study in Finance and Controllership. Prior to that, between 2001 and 2003, they completed an MBA program in Management, also at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
