Anele Madikizela is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in translating strategic business requirements into actionable solutions within various organizations. Currently at iKhokha since March 2022, Anele previously worked as an IT Business Analyst at FNB South Africa from October 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing project scope and collaborating with stakeholders. Prior to that, experience at Vodacom involved analyzing business processes, customer journey mapping, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and developers. Anele began a career with Accenture as a Business Analyst Intern, focusing on change management and business process design. Academically, Anele holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and an Advanced Business Analysis Program certificate, complemented by additional training in Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy.
