Sanchia Nair

Sanchia Nair currently serves as a People Administrator at iKhokha since March 2020, where responsibilities include HR administration, record keeping, reporting, governance, onboarding, offboarding, HR analytics, and wellness initiatives. Previously, Sanchia held the position of Talent Acquisition Administrator at Edcon from April 2018 to May 2019 and also completed an HR internship during that time. Sanchia holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Industrial Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, achieved between 2011 and 2014.
