Geliana Sudrab

Geliana Sudrab has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Geliana is currently serving as the Head of Learning and Talent Development at the People and Culture Department of IKI since April 2022. Prior to this, Geliana worked at Lietuvos paštas, AB as a Training Group Manager in the Organisation Development Department from October 2018 to March 2022. Geliana also held various roles at SEB Lietuvoje, including Daily Banking Project Manager, Baltic CORE implementation (October 2017 - April 2018), Daily Banking Area Manager, Baltic Business Development (January 2013 - September 2017), and Head of Payment Services (December 2008 - January 2013). Before joining SEB Lietuvoje, they worked as a Project Manager at Swedbank from July 2005 to November 2008. Earlier in their career, Geliana held positions at Bite Lietuva, including Service Manager (September 2004 - September 2005), Product/Project Manager (January 2004 - August 2004), and Customer Service Consultant (July 2002 - December 2003). Their first professional role was as an Engineer at Lietuvos energija from July 2000 to June 2002.

Geliana Sudrab completed their education in three different institutions. Geliana first attended Kaunas University of Technology from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Master's degree in Energetics Economics. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university and earned another Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from 1997 to 1999. Finally, from 2000 to 2002, Geliana Sudrab attended VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Technology and Innovation Management.
