Paulius Azaneckas

Paulius Azaneckas has extensive work experience in various industries. Paulius most recently held the position of Head of Production at IKI since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at MANILLA natural skincare from January 2022 to September 2022. Paulius also worked as a Senior consultant for electronics and mechatronics projects starting in November 2020 until January 2022. Paulius gained experience in the cannabis industry as a Senior Manager at Aurora Cannabis Inc. from July 2019 to November 2020, and as a CBD Project Manager from March 2019 to July 2019. Before that, Paulius worked at Mars, where they held the roles of Chief Technologist and Technician for Quality and Innovations from April 2014 to December 2018, and from December 2012 to April 2014, respectively. Paulius also worked at Viciunai Group as a Technologist (Quality and Innovations), and as a Line Operator. Additionally, Paulius has experience as a Manager at JSC "Ugnies Takas" from December 2006 to December 2008, and as a Salesman at UAB "Litnesta" from June 2006 to December 2006.

Paulius Azaneckas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, which they completed between 2007 and 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology from 2016 to 2019. In 2013, they obtained a certification as an ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. Currently, Paulius is attending the BMI Executive Institute, where they are working towards an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
