Joao Aguiar

Joao Aguiar is an experienced Engineering Manager with a background in leading and managing engineering teams in various companies. Joao has expertise in setting up and maintaining reliable infrastructure, defining SLA/SLO, recruiting and mentoring team members, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Joao has worked with a variety of technologies including Kubernetes, Terraform, GitlabCI, Azure, and more. Joao has experience in different roles such as Co-Founder, Software Engineer, and Engineering Lead. Joao holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra.
