Alexander van Vianen

Alexander Van Vianen is currently the Managing Partner at IKIGAI Talent Group since February 2021. Prior to that, he worked as a Business Coach at Ikigai Employ and held the position of Head of IT, Digital & IT Sales at Walters People. With a background in Information Technology and experience managing recruitment teams, Alexander has also worked as a Manager at Robert Walters. He started his career as a Junior Investment Analyst at Conector Startup Accelerator, where he gained experience in supporting and accelerating tech projects. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Marketing Management and Business Administration degree from Staffordshire University and a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from ESERP Business & Law School.
