Stephanie Young

Stephanie Young has a diverse work experience. Stephanie is currently working as the Head of Product - AI Solutions at Ikigai since 2023. Before that, they worked at Lyft for two years as part of the Payments Product team. In 2021, Stephanie was the Head of Scouts at Draper Associates, where they founded the company's MBA scouting program and sourced numerous deals. Stephanie co-founded and served as CEO of Riva from 2018 to 2021 until it was acquired by Teal. Stephanie also has experience as an Investor at Stanford GSB Impact Fund and Monk's Hill Ventures. Stephanie worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company in 2016 and as a Product Manager at Google from 2014 to 2015.
