Thomas Schoenfelder

Thomas Schoenfelder, Ph.D. serves as Vice President of Research & Development at IKM TeckChek since January 2022, providing executive vision for product strategy and overseeing the validation of employment assessment libraries. In addition, Thomas holds the position of Principal & Chief Science Officer at the Academy of Work Science, where a scientifically derived performance model was created to enhance professional outcomes through psychometric assessments. As an Adjunct Professor at Fox School of Business, Thomas teaches various management courses, focusing on leadership and HR metrics. Previously, from October 2002 to September 2020, Thomas was Senior Vice President at Caliper, leading a team that developed a suite of psychometric assessments while generating substantial revenue. Thomas began an academic career as an Assistant Professor at Villanova University after earning a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Temple University.
