Sebastian Maibaum

Sebastian Maibaum has a distinguished career in the engineering and project management sectors, with over two decades of experience primarily at IKN GmbH since August 2002. At IKN, Sebastian has held various titles including Head of Proposals, Project Manager, and Senior Project Execution Manager, leading cross-functional teams for complex pyroline upgrade projects and managing significant EPC contracts in Germany. Prior to this, experience as a Team Leader at HeidelbergCement involved overseeing clinker plant production, while roles as a Process Engineer at Blue Circle Industries plc and Christian Pfeiffer Beckum focused on technical support and process optimization in cement operations. Sebastian holds a Dipl.-Ing (FH) degree in Maschinenbau from FH Wilhelmshaven, completed in 1994.
