Keano Chang

Keano Chang has been working in the business industry since 2014. Keano began their career at Walsall Council as Deputy Chair (VE Project) and at Walsall Studio School as a Business Tutor. In 2014, they joined IBM as a Strategy Consultant, Business Consultant, and Business Analyst. In 2020, they took on the role of President & COO at iknowa. As Strategy Consultant, they worked proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive market forces. As Business Consultant, they were able to leverage strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and achieve goals. As Business Analyst, they were the Lead Analyst on the Account Management team, understanding business change needs, assessing the business impact of changes, and capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements.

Keano Chang has an education history that includes a BSc (Hons) Management With International Business from Royal Holloway, University of London, as well as attending King Edward VI College, Stourbridge and The Royal School Wolverhampton. In addition, Chang has obtained certifications from the University of Derby and IBM, including GDPR Data Protection Officer Skills, IBM Automation Practitioner, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, Cognitive Practitioner, and Program Management.
