Galia Dolev

Galia Dolev currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at iKO Media Group, a role initiated in January 2025, focusing on strategic HR leadership. Prior to this, Galia held numerous HR leadership positions at Corning Incorporated from October 2003 to February 2025, including Director of HR & OD Israel, where responsibilities encompassed fostering a positive organizational culture and overseeing talent management processes, along with various roles that included implementing innovative compensation programs and integrating new talent from acquisitions. Galia's extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of HR at Mobileaccess LTD and HR Manager at companies like AudioCodes and Kamada, where competencies in HR operations and compliance training were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
