Mark Mastrandrea has a diverse work experience in the business of inspiring others through art and luxury headwear. In 2016, they co-founded IKONICK, a Los Angeles brand putting a new spin on the business of inspiring others through art. In 2012, they joined Melin as CMO and Partner, where they oversaw Marketing, Sales, and overall Brand Strategy. During their time with the company, they developed and managed a marketing plan, created branding and identity, and developed a social media strategy. Mark also managed a seeding program, media strategy, and budget. The brand has placement in 10+ countries and over 400 retail doors.

Mark Mastrandrea attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware from 2004 to 2008.
