Sylvain Motsch

Sylvain Motsch is an experienced engineer specializing in testing methods, currently working at IKOS GROUP as an Ingénieur Méthodes Test since January 2021. Responsibilities include implementing testing for new products, developing and improving test benches, and overseeing project transfers internationally. Prior experience includes a role as a Maintenance Intern at Danone, where Sylvain focused on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventive maintenance planning, as well as a position in the Bureau d'études at SIAME, where Sylvain worked on the characterization and validation of thermoelectric modules. Additional internships at Enedis and Rives & Eaux du Sud-Ouest involved GMAO documentation and electrical control system modernization. Sylvain holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing, a Bachelor's degree in the same field, and a DUT in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing, all from the University of Pau and Adour Countries.
