Katerina Micheli is an experienced hotel management professional currently serving as Hotel Manager and Director of Guest Experience at Ikos Resorts since January 2020. Prior to this role, Katerina spent over five years at SANI RESORT, where positions included Rooms Division Coordinator and Front of House Manager, responsible for supervising hotel front desk operations, resolving customer service issues, and monitoring revenue. Katerina's earlier roles at SANI RESORT included Guest Relations Supervisor and Officer, focused on guest welcoming, complaint resolution, and team coordination. Katerina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International and European Studies from the University of Macedonia, with studies ongoing since 2009.
