Akanksha Dhondye

Akanksha Dhondye has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Akanksha currently holds the position of Associate Director - Design at IKS Health since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Deloitte U.S. India offices for almost 8 years, from July 2013 to February 2021. Akanksha has also held positions at LBi India as a Lead Information Architect, where they worked on creating digital experiences for a popular airline company in Oman, and at bcwebwise as a Lead Information Architect, where they focused on defining the role and importance of Information Architecture. Akanksha began their career as a Visual Design Specialist at Human Factors International and later worked as a Visualizer at Tata Interactive Systems, where they created e-learning experiences for students and improved efficiency through the development of templates.

Akanksha Dhondye completed a Post-Graduate Program in Design Management from MIT Institude of Design between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Applied Arts from Sophia Polytechnic (Mumbai) from 2000 to 2004.
